Sam Soo changes his mind and decides to go all in to help out the students and teachers at Seungwoon Technical High School after finding out it belongs to Mayor Kang. He only has Tae Yong to convince. Meanwhile, Tae Yong and Yoo Kyung think they have the man behind the police, prosecution, and the justice system.
