“Geum-ju is dead!!” The town is in an uproar over the suicide rumor. Geum-ju wakes up drunk at Ui-jun’s house and recalls the previous night, when she was intoxicated and ended up destroying Ui-jun’s car and injuring his leg… karma and retribution. She is taken to the king’s office and endures various hardships in Ui-jun’s place. The two argue about everything. Geum-ju, who had been wondering why a once-successful doctor became the head of a rural health center, happens to hear a rumor about the real reason for Ui-jun’s return to the countryside… Little did she know, this would lead to an even greater catastrophe…
